Refund policy


Our policy lasts 15 days. If it's been 15 days since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can't offer any product replacements or refunds.

Email for any questions relating to the refund. You will receive a response within 2 business days.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which it was received. Also, it must be in its original package.

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or product replacement, you must send an email within 15 days of receiving your package to, attaching photos of the damaged objects.
As soon as we have received the photos of the damaged item, we will send you an email regarding the initiation of the refund process. We will also send you a notification regarding the approval, or denial, of the refund. If the refund is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a limited number of days.

Lost or stolen orders
H24invent is not responsible for lost or stolen packages for which the arrival at the destination entered for the order has been confirmed, If requested, H2invent will confirm delivery to the address provided, the date of delivery, information for order tracking, and information regarding the courier so that the customer can learn more about the matter.

Non-refundable orders

In case of wrong or absent delivery address and / or house number, it is up to the buyer to make the complaint with the shipping company using the shipping track provided by email.

H24invent does not offer shipping insurance services.
